Summary:

"After a busy first few months of 2018, we are happy to share with you our latest updates on our projects, network activities and events.

We are warming up for Open Data Day 2018, which will be happening on Saturday 3 March. With over 300 events now added to the map at  opendataday.org, it looks like it will be an awesome global celebration of the benefits open data can bring our communities. We've highlighted some of the events per continent in this blog, and we congratulate the 45 winners of our minigrants here. Finally, make sure to use the hashtag #OpenDataDay for spreading news on your events through social media!

We would also like to let you know that we are looking for people to join our Board of Directors. Entrusted with holding the vision of the organisation and supporting the Executive Team to deliver with excellence, our Board provides independent advice, robust governance, and the ability to effectively challenge and support OKI’s ambitions. You can read more about the position, and on the Board itself, in our blog announcement...."
