Summary:

Google English: "TU Hamburg-Harburg, Joachim Herz Foundation and Hamburg School Board start "digital.learning.lab"

In a cooperation project, the Hamburg School Board, the Joachim Herz Foundation and the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg are developing the Internet portal "digital.learning.lab", which is to offer OER materials for secondary schools in order to significantly increase the use of digital media in the classroom.

The lesson blocks include teaching concepts as well as a variety of digital teaching materials for a variety of topics in all school subjects in secondary education. They are to be downloaded free of charge by teachers via the new Internet portal as so-called "Open Educational Resources" (OER) and used in teaching in all secondary schools.

The digital.learning.lab is set up and supervised by the TU Hamburg. With the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Institute for Technical Education and University Didactics, the TU has a wealth of experience and research expertise in media-based teaching and learning. It takes over the technical infrastructure, the development tasks and the programming and, in close cooperation with the Hamburg Authority for Schools and Vocational Training (BSB), also designs the website and the presentation of the digital content."
