As the researchers collaborate and generate knowledge, they will be rewarded in Helix tokens, which can be exchanged for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, or fiat such as Dollars. The Company is seeking to launch the first USA SEC-compliant initial coin offering (“ICO”) for its Helix via a Regulation A+ offering. Though not truly a cryptocurrency as is Bitcoin, the Helix token is based upon the Ethereum ERC20 smart contract token platform.
