Cyber bullying could soon become a crime with some hefty penalties in Michigan as local lawmakers are applauding a state house bill that's getting a lot of support. The state house bill is receiving a lot of bi-partisan support, including from democrat Jon Hoadley, D-Kalamazoo. “Culture is changing, society is changing and our laws have to keep up with that,” Hoadley said. “We would never tolerate someone in the physical world tormenting or harassing a kid to the point where they cause harm to themselves or others so why would we allow it in the cyberworld?"
