Summary:

"The present questionnaire was developed under the auspices of the EU funded project ReCreating Europe - Rethinking digital copyright law for a culturally diverse, accessible, creative Europe (Grant Agreement No. 870626) and led by the research team of the University of Trento.

The questionnaire aims at investigating the impact of intellectual property rights law, particularly copyright law, on the practice of digitising cultural heritage by Galleries Libraries Archives Museums (GLAMs). The objective of the survey is to determine whether stakeholders are aligned with legal restrictions on digitisation and to what extent legal and technological measures are applied. Additionally, it informs on how the current framework effectively enables users’ access and users’ re-use of content."
