Publishing Open Access journals under free licenses will be a major topic at the conference dedicated to the Platform of Polish Scientific Publications, to be held on 5 November 2019 at the University of Silesia in Katowice. The purpose of the project "Platform of Polish Scientific Publications" is to enable open access to a significant part of Polish scholarly publications.
