OpenAIRE is pleased to announce its involvement in a new project called EOSC Enhance which seeks to widen the user base and enhance the user experience of EOSC. OpenAIRE's contribution to EOSC-ENHANCE focuses largely on how to access and search thematic data catalogues in the context of EOSC. Specifically: (i) defining of frameworks for the onboarding of thematic data catalogues into EOSC and (ii) enabling the integration of thematic data catalogues into the OpenAIRE Research Graph, which will power the EOSC scientific product catalogue.

EOSC Enhance is a 24-month project which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Programme call INFRAEOSC-06-2019-20200 Grant Agreement no. 871160. With an overall budget of almost € 2M, the consortium partnership, numbering 15 members, is tasked with enhancing the EOSC portal and connecting thematic clouds.
