Summary:

The French National Research Agency (ANR) relies on HAL for the implementation of its policy to promote open access to publications by launching the HAL-ANR portal. This portal gathers and displays the publications of the research projects it funds. Any project coordinator must indeed undertake to deposit the scientific publications resulting from the research project in an open archive. More than 30 400 documents with fulltext are already available in HAL with the metadata of an ANR project.
