Abstract "Through a systemic analysis of scientific publishing in France - and more specifically via a study of the historical, socio-economic and political contexts - this article raises the ethical issues that have marked the construction of the scientific ecosystem and the exploitation of research products, and delivers a reflection on the ethical challenges linked to the implementation since 2018 of the Open Science policy but also the direct consequences this will have on researchers' practices."
