The EU-funded EOSC EDEN project aims to develop a framework based on data usage, value and quality that enables the identification of digital objects suitable for long-term preservation. In addition to a model for reassessment points along the data lifecycle, the project will develop and test prototype services and tools for the curation and long-term archiving of research data from various disciplines. As part of the project, the TIB is leading the work package "Data and process framework for long-term digital preservation".'
