She is also Director of the Coordination Center for the Publishing of Scientific Journals and Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE). Frances is Director of Academic Relations at Central European University Press and Amsterdam University Press. She is also the founder of SUPRR (Supporting Ukrainian Publishing Resilience and Recovery)."
