Summary:

[From Google's english] "It should be free to read any scientific articles from Danish researchers. That's why the Education and Research Minister a strategy for Open Access in Denmark. That many scientific articles is tucked away behind pay walls is nothing new in the libraries. And that free access to all research will improve the quality of the public benefit research and strengthen virksomhederes innovation ability is certainly not something new. What is new is that the education and research minister Sofie Carsten Nielsen has published a Danish strategy for the area and also established a steering committee, consisting of, among other leaders of some of the largest Danish research libraries, has been assigned responsibility for implementation. The reason for this strategy is a letter from the European Commission, which has announced that all member states by the end of 2014, develop national strategies for the area ... The Danish strategy follows a number of objectives - among other things, to 2017 via digital archives enabling seamless digital access to 80 percent of all Danish peer-reviewed research articles from Danish research institutions, published in 2016. The target is higher than the European , which is 60 percent. The phrase 'all Danish peer-reviewed research articles' be also up to that it is not only articles made by researchers with public support, but also research supported by private foundations to be covered in the new Open Access strategy, and representatives from these private foundations are also represented in the strategy steering group.  Out of the strategy can be seen that Denmark so far follows modellem of Green Open Access, where you parallelpublicerer via digital archives. This decision can be based on an assessment that it will reduce costs, but it may also be that the publishers are not yet ready to work with the other model for open access, namely Gold Open Access. (Where the articles published in the pure open access journals that are either funded directly by publishing fees or indirectly through the support of research (societies) or indirect funding from universities and research councils.) ..."
