Draft Protocol for Green as Exeter’s default route to Open Access (‘Green as the Cultural Norm’)

Use the link to access the full text document from the University of Exeter opening as follows: "Introduction Exeter is proposing to support and promote the green route (via the institutional repository) to open access as its default, standard route (open freely to all) to achieve free public access to peer reviewed published research papers and peer-reviewed conference papers published in conference proceedings as part of its response to meet new requirements for Open Access from research funders and HEFCE.   Academic freedom to publish without restriction is a central tenet of Exeter’s implementation plan for open access.
