Help Write the Open Data Directory | European Public Sector Information Platform

abernard102@gmail.com 2013-04-24

Summary:

"The World Wide Web Foundation promotes building a global directory of open data references and related information resources. The Open Data Directory (ODD) will host a variety of resources, such as: use cases, case studies, stories and anecdotes, methodologies, strategies, business cases, papers, reports, articles, blog posts, training materials, slide sets, software tools, applications andvisualisations. Rather than merely compiling a vast number of references, however, it will give priority to high-quality references endorsed by the Open Data community. As a first step toward crafting the ODD, the World Wide Web Foundation has made public the Use Cases and Requirements Draft and welcomes comments from the community—not only on the document itself but also on the overall idea of the ODD. The deadline for feedback is 29 April 2013. Contributors can add annotations directly using the Google Docs comments tool, or contact josema@webfoundation.org and contact@carlosiglesias.es with feedback."
