Summary:

"Why is Open Access important? What is the Scientific Advisory Board of the MS Society decided?  Open Access means free access to scientific articles. Basic research is publicly usually paid - by citizens or donors. So it would be nothing but law, if any , citizens, donors and researchers from all over the world could read that arose research articles. There are many reasons because they want to do this. Currently, these products cost about $ 30 per Unnecessary, duplicate payment.

That must not be. Researchers and research promoting Instiutionen can do something about it.  The Scientific Advisory Board of the Swiss MS Society has been at the meeting of 26 January 2013 therefore decided publications, funded projects, be made freely available (open access).  This is a very positive step.  The scheme is located on the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)oriented. The concrete design is in progress. The charitable status of research support the MS Society will be better achieved if the research results publicly available for free (open access), and the research community can benefit from the projects funded in full. The MS Society can help them in the research with the collected donations total more. And so their charitable purpose to promote and support MS research to meet even better .This is another positive move in open access I hope other non-profit research-promoting companies make the same step.In the interests of those affected. In the interest of research. In the Community interest."
