According to Springer, they are the first publisher to take action, announcing a partnership with CCC to meet the licensing and permission needs of its customers. This new solution with the rights broker aims to enable corporate life sciences researchers to perform text and data mining (TDM) quickly and easily across publishers, and will offer a large portion of its full-text article content through the CCC service ..."
