"The Analytical Center with the assistance of The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Open Government presents a series of training workshops on open data. The first Workshop will be dedicated to the 'open data' concept, discussion of general requirements to the content's layout and publishing, world’s major trends in open data development. During the Workshop experts will consider the background of the development and the current state of open data in Russia and discuss possibilities of their use by public authorities. The Workshop will be attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, concerned state agencies and social organizations, scientific community in the IT field.
