[From Google's English] "The European Commission maintains the program Digital Agenda for Europe: the Europe 2020 initiative  that consists of five sections, among which is research and innovation, which are the goals for a European Science Open . The fundamental mission is the transformation of science through the tools provided by ICT, networks and social media, in an attempt to make the research-and therefore, the result of same- more 'open, global, collaborative, and creative approach to society '. We do a summary and translation of the main aspects of this goal that we think is very interesting and will be an important influence on the development of future national policies in the field of knowledge open. This section of said Digital Agenda is defined as the Open Science converting progress- and therefore, the results of scientific inquiry into something much more efficient, effective and transparent through collaboration tools, experiments and analysis, making it much more knowledge affordable. It also reflects the emergence of new practices, paradigms and scientific disciplines, preparing responses and reactions to the new challenges of a world where collaboration is global citizenship and society and participate as actors and beneficiaries of scientific knowledge. The European Commission supports the development of Science Open by two bands: first, the establishment of policies and regulations, and, second, to funding.
