"By signing this petition, I support the 4 conditions of Fair Open Access adopted by Ling-OA: • The title of the journals remains with the editorial board or a learned society. • The publisher does not simultaneously charge open access fees and collect subscription fees from libraries for the same journal (so-called ‘double dipping’). • The copyright remains with the author, and a CC-BY license applies. • Article processing charges (APCs) are low, transparent, and in proportion to the services provided by the publisher.
