"The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, in collaboration with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society and the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, will convene a regional symposium of experts drawn from academia, government and civil society to identify the incentives that lead to corruption in Latin American governments, to explore specific current anti-corruption efforts in the region, as well as to examine the kinds of government transformation brought about by open data, and its future potential in promoting transparency.
