Transparencia: Open Data and Anticorruption in Latin America | David Rockefeller Center

"The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, in collaboration with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society and the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation, will convene a regional symposium of experts drawn from academia, government and civil society to identify the incentives that lead to corruption in Latin American governments, to explore specific current anti-corruption efforts in the region, as well as to examine the kinds of government transformation brought about by open data, and its future potential in promoting transparency. Set to take place on April 4, 2016, this full-day symposium will provide a forum for exploration in Open Data and Anti-Corruption,  and will allow discussion on contemporary government anti-corruption policies with Argentine National Director of Anti-Corruption Lic.
