Summary:

"The holiday season is officially upon us. To help you manage your holidays in a smart and efficient way, we’d like to share a collection of apps from our App Center that’ll make your winter brighter and less hectic. GroceryTrip Gather your food ideas and lists in Evernote, and enjoy an automatically created organized shopping list with GroceryTrip. Jot down what you need to buy in an Evernote note or save a recipe article, then tag it with 'grocerytrip.' The app will pull out the items you need to buy, separating them into categories such as Fruits, Snacks and Refrigerated. If quantity is specified, Grocery Trip will add this information to the note, too. Hop.in Save your gift ideas to Evernote so you can review them while out shopping or finalizing gift lists. Use Hop.in as an iPad browser when you shop or research for gifts or party ideas. With a quick swipe, clip any part of a web page — text, a picture, or video — then add an annotation, if you want. URLs will be automatically be saved to the note so you can always go back to the original source. FastEver Snap This popular app makes snapping and saving pictures to Evernote quick and easy. Use it as you shop for gift ideas, adding tags to help you find images faster. Even if you’re offline, FastEver will save pictures and send them to Evernote once you’re connected. Use FastEver Snap to also take pictures of holiday parties and meals, and save them to a Shared Notebook so everyone can enjoy them. Pocket During the busy holiday season, there’s less time to keep up with online reading. With Pocket, you can capture webpages, videos or articles from websites, save articles directly from apps like Twitter or Flipboard, or even emails you receive. You can catch up on your reading on your computer at your parents’ house, tablet on the plane or phone, in a cab. IFTTT IFTTT connects two services to automate a task, like automatically saving pictures you’ve uploaded to Flickr or Instagram pictures to your Evernote account account. You can also set up a ‘recipe’ to save social media updates to your Evernote account [more on that in this post]."
