"Web of Science has launched a service that includes all Open Access journals that are indexed in the database. Open Access Journal Title List ... Additionally, Web of Science shows a sign with an open lock in all those articles’ metadata that are published in Open Access journals. The logo is shown on the View journal Information display.  The articles published by an Open Access journal are freely available online on the journal’s own website. You can access the article by clicking Full Text on the upper left corner on Web of Science when the article information is displayed."
