"To help keep the UMass Boston community up to date about ScholarWorks, institutional repositories, open access, and related topics, we’re offering two information sessions this month. All sessions will be held in the Center for Library Instruction (CLI) on the 4th floor of the Healey Library... Session 1 – Wednesday, September 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.... Session 2 – Thursday, September 27 from 5:15 to 7:15 p.m...Stop by for however long you’re able – don’t feel you need to attend for the full two hours! ... As many of you know, the Healey Library manages ScholarWorks, the online, open access institutional repository for scholarship and research out of the University of Massachusetts Boston. ScholarWorks is a publishing platform, a preservation service, and a showcase for the research and scholarly output of members of UMass Boston community. Articles and other publications posted to the site are indexed by search engines like Google and are available to researchers around the world.
