Estimativas de gastos com pagamento de Articles Processing Charges (APC) na Ciência da Informação | Encontro Brasileiro de Bibliometria e Cientometria

From Google's English:  Abstract:  This study investigated open access publishing trends by researchers linked to Postgraduate Programs in Information Science in Brazil, as well as surveying and analyzing APC payment expenses in this area. The results revealed that, between 2017 and 2020, 4,348 articles were published, 4,080 (93.8%) in open access journals, of which 3,896 (89.6%) were published in diamond journals, while 65 (1.5%) %) were in open access upon payment of APC, pointing to an estimated expenditure of US$66,014.66, with growth trends.
