"The Declaration on Access to Research Data from Public Funding was adopted on 30 January 2004 on the occasion of the Ministerial Meeting of the OECD Scientific and Technological Policy Committee. The Declaration on Access to Research Data from Public Funding, invited Adherents to develop a set of OECD guidelines based on commonly agreed principles to facilitate optimal costeffective access to digital research data from public funding.
