From Google's English:  Abstract:  Based on a large-scale survey, the perspectives of acquisitions librarians on consortial open access funding opportunities are examined. In particular, factors for or against financial participation in such opportunities are identified. The context of the study is the optimization of consortial offerings, which is being pursued in the KOALA-AV project. The study results strengthen the consortial approach. Only a few of the respondents have fundamental objections. In particular, the vast majority consider the financing of consortial open access offerings to be compatible with local budget regulations. The main obstacles identified can be addressed through targeted measures: through a quantitative expansion of offerings, through improved journal metadata, and through targeted management of the acquisition budget.
