Summary:

From Google's English:  "Transparency to Sustain Open Science Infrastructure (TSOSI) is a data platform that highlights financial contributions dedicated to open science infrastructure. The project is funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) and led by the University of Grenoble Alpes since September 2024.

The tsosi.org platform was launched in beta in June 2025. It now includes funding data from 47 countries for the following infrastructures: DOAJ, DOAB, PeerCommunityIn (PCI), SciPost, and OPERAS. New infrastructures will be added gradually.

TSOSI's primary goal is to ensure that financial contributions to open science infrastructures become widespread and are considered necessary for the proper functioning of research in general. To achieve this, TSOSI highlights all the institutions and organizations that have financially contributed to these infrastructures. TSOSI aims to make funding open science infrastructure common practice, and thus contribute to the sustainability of the infrastructures. The idea is simple: the more funders are highlighted, the more it will attract new funders."
