Summary:

From Google's English:  This bachelor's thesis concludes that the integration of Open Science aspects such as Open Educational Resources (OER), Open Data, and Open Source at universities of applied sciences (UAWs) in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) exhibits significant deficits. There is a lack of responsibilities and guidelines, and existing publication funds do not promote the Open Science aspects examined. Over half of the HAWs recognize the importance of OER officers, but corresponding policies are lacking. The appointment of Open Data officers at 50% of HAWs in NRW highlights the relevance of this function. In the area of open source, there is a glaring lack of officers, information, and policies, whereby the importance of OA repositories and research information systems should be emphasized. In addition, technical applications such as GitLab and Jupyter Notebooks are gaining importance. Effective implementation requires sustainable funding, central coordination points, evaluation processes, and transparent procedures.
