Open Data Editor Recognised as a Digital Public Good - Open Knowledge Blog

"We’re thrilled to share that Open Data Editor (ODE), developed by the Open Knowledge Foundation (OKFN), has been officially recognised as a digital public good by the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA).

This recognition affirms ODE’s contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and confirms that it meets the highest standards of openness, accessibility, and public benefit.

ODE now joins CKAN, OKFN’s data management system powering hundreds of open data portals worldwide, which was recognised as a DPG in 2023. Together, ODE and CKAN demonstrate OKFN’s long-term commitment to an open, sustainable, and people-centred data ecosystem."
