European Rights Retention Community of Practice - November 2025

"The European Rights Retention Community of Practice (CoP) continues to bring together experiences from across Europe to inspire and strengthen our community.

At this 7th meeting, we are pleased to welcome speakers from two countries — Slovenia and Sweden — who will share their experiences and perspectives. Slovenia is currently implementing a rights retention obligation introduced in law, and Sweden has recently released a report exploring the current national state of RR and SPR. Following the presentations, community members will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, challenges, and insights in an open discussion.
