FAIR Data Implementation at Large-Scale Data Facilities in the USA | International Journal of Digital Curation

Abstract:  This paper examines current FAIR data implementation at large-scale data facilities in the USA. A 15-question survey was distributed to facility personnel to explore the current status of FAIR implementation, including progress, barriers, non-barriers, and data management practices. As FAIR implementation considerably increases trust and transparency, this research facilitates understanding the current status and needs for robust FAIR implementation.
