The main focus will be on the practice-oriented development of open teaching and learning scenarios that address real-world challenges in higher education and adult education. Through collaborative discussion, the potential and challenges of using OER will be critically examined, and strategies for meaningfully integrating open materials into the planning, implementation, and follow-up phases of educational programs will be explored. Furthermore, the functions and applications of the portal www.twillo.de will be presented."
