Summary:

"DRI is pleased to announce that Repository metadata is now being shared with OpenAIRE, enhancing the discoverability of publications and datasets across Europe and Ireland.

The Digital Repository of Ireland is a national repository for Ireland’s social and cultural data. To date, our members have published 227 collections containing thousands of digital objects and that number is increasing rapidly. These incredible resources are made accessible through our website at dri.ie, and more than 40,000 cultural heritage objects are also discoverable in the Europeana portal. By connecting to OpenAIRE, we build on that success by tapping into a leading European infrastructure that will enhance the visibility of nearly 130,000 objects to the research community."
