From Google's English:  Abstract:  The article presents the development of the Open Library Badge as a tool for promoting openness in libraries. It describes the transformation from a grassroots initiative to an institutionalized working group within the German Library Association and shows how libraries have further developed their strategies regarding openness over the past ten years. Particular attention is given to the conceptual innovations of the current edition, the Open Library Badge 2025.
