The Senior Editorial Manager position is a key manager within Publishing Services. The SEM for Contributor Support is tasked with creating and supporting an engaged and dynamic community of contributor groups (Academic Editors, Authors, Reviewers, and staff) at PLOS. Leading a team of highly motivated staff, the SEM will be responsible for creating a strategy for contributor engagement across the PLOS journals, defining the appropriate programs and projects, and tracking and reporting on success of community growth.
