"We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to help DOAJ operate effectively and sustainably.  Working closely with the Managing Director and colleagues across the organisation, you will help develop the systems, processes and ways of working that enable DOAJ to deliver its mission. 

As a small, globally distributed organisation, DOAJ relies on effective coordination across teams. The Operations Manager plays an important role in ensuring that information flows effectively, processes are clear, and colleagues have the support they need to deliver their work.

This role would suit someone who enjoys improving services, managing information and processes, and supporting a mission-driven organisation. We welcome applications from people with experience in operations, libraries, information management, scholarly communication, research support, publishing, nonprofit organisations or related fields."
