"We are pleased to open the Call for Proposals for the 2026 Conference of the Barcelona Declaration on Open Research Information, organized by the Barcelona Declaration together with the Leibniz Association and the Helmholtz Open Science Office.

The conference, with the theme ‘Aligning policy and practical implementation’, will bring together signatories and prospective signatories of the Barcelona Declaration on Open Research Information, policymakers, and others working to advance open research information. It will provide a space to share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore how policy and practice can reinforce one another in supporting the transition to open research information."
