Summary:

"Taylor & Francis has announced a new partnership with OA Switchboard that will see the publisher share standardised metadata for all newly published journal articles.

The agreement is designed to make publication information more readily available to institutions and research funders, providing them with real-time notifications when affiliated researchers publish in Taylor & Francis, Routledge or Dove Medical Press journals.

OA Switchboard is a mission-driven, community-led initiative designed to simplify the exchange of information between stakeholders throughout the publication journey. Its infrastructure uses a standardised messaging protocol that can integrate with different stakeholder systems and draws on existing persistent identifiers (PIDs) to exchange publication information."
