From Google's English:  "The "Open Access Publication Funding" program provides a fixed grant for the publication of research articles and scholarly books in Open Access. The approved grants can be used to cover the total Open Access publication fees incurred by an institution. With this funding, the DFG fulfills its share of the financial responsibility within the framework of (virtual) information and publication budgets.

Grants of a fixed amount can be applied for for articles and books. The calculation is based on publications resulting from DFG-funded research. In the application year 2027, the grant is €1,400 per article. For open-access books that demonstrably result from a DFG-funded project, up to €5,000 per title can be applied for. The DFG may adjust the grant amount annually. Grants can generally only be applied for by research institutions. Individual researchers are only eligible to apply if they receive DFG funding but are not affiliated with an eligible institution or have additional needs, such as image licenses. The funding period for research institutions is one year."
