DFG promotes open-access publication funds at the Philipps University - University of Marburg

[From Google's English] "The University of Marburg has set up with support from the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft a publication Fund Publications in Open Access journals. Scientists at the University of Marburg, the cost of their essays, they publish Access journals from January 2016 Open, obtain a refund by the University Library Marburg.
