Declaration on Open Access in Greece

Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) endorses the participation in Open Access international initiatives such as the Max Planck OA2020 (https://oa2020.org) and the European Project OpenAIRE (https: // www. openaire.eu/), which is based in Greece, and we consider this statement as part of a deeper change of the academic publishing system that will lead to significant improvements in scientific communication and global research level.
