"The [Caltech] Library has recently had several enquiries from Caltech authors who have submitted manuscripts to journals in the Nature Publishing Group (NPG). NPG is aware of Caltech’s Open Access Policy that was implemented 1/1/2014. Upon acceptance and before publication of a paper, NPG is requiring a waiver from each Caltech author. The waiver is available here. "
