Summary:

"Open science can enable truly inclusive, accessible, and reproducible science. As open science becomes widely adopted, it’s important to take the time to meet as a community and share our knowledge, tools, best practices, and challenges so that we can best learn from and support one another.

This session will bring together diverse practitioners from the open science community in an inclusive and welcoming space. This session will have subsessions including: showcasing open science success stories and challenges, a panel discussion of globally underrepresented voices, hands-on technical workshops, and small group discussions on various open science topics.

We especially encourage individuals who are early-career, from the Global South, and from other underrepresented groups to submit to this session. In the spirit of open science, we encourage all presenters to contribute materials (e.g. slides, workshop materials) to a common JupyterBook, to create a lasting community resource...."
