Summary:
"The new Rights Retention Strategy takes effect on 1 October 2022.
The new scheme will ensure that
- new scientific articles that end up behind a paywall can immediately be made openly available
- by NTNU's researchers self-archive the latest version of the Author Accepted Manuscript in the NTNU Open repository

A similar scheme has also been introduced at UiT – The Arctic University of Norway as well as several institutions in Europe and the USA...."
