For the past decade, Wiley has been dedicated to the sustainable development of Open Access through the launch of new gold open access titles including Advanced X Research family and by transitioning existing journals such as Small Structures, Advanced Electronic Materials, Advanced Materials Interfaces and so on from subscription models to open access. Negotiating national transformational agreements (TAs) is an important approach to drive a sustainable route to open access, providing researchers with unlimited read access to Wiley journals as well as funding to cover article publication charges.
