"As of February 27, ACS Publications is proud to report that thousands of faculty and students throughout Brazil, served by the CAPES consortium, will have complete access to ACS journals. This five-year agreement will afford read access to all ACS journals. It will also afford researchers the ability to publish open access in any ACS journal without cost."
