"Springer, part of Springer Science+Business Media, is now permitting commercial use for its hybrid open access program, Open Choice, by bringing it in line with the fully open access journals published by BioMed Central and SpringerOpen. As a result, all open access content at Springer will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license.
