"In early October, Utah State University joined an elite group of universities in the United States to actively endorse a commitment to make scholarly work widely available. On Oct. 5, Executive Vice President and Provost Raymond T. Coward signed the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities.
