Peter Suber, Scaling back the newsletter

"This summer I started work on a major new initiative, tentatively called the Harvard Open Access Project (HOAP), to gather and extend Harvard's experience with OA and use it catalyze the growth of OA within Harvard and beyond. It's all very new, and I'll say more about it in future issues. I bring it up now for one reason: To give HOAP the time it deserves, I must scale back this newsletter. I'll make two major changes with a few minor consequences. First, I'll write articles quarterly rather than monthly. Second, I'll drop the roundup section completely, starting with this issue...."
