40,000 strong: How 2 UBC students rallied their student body behind an OA mandate

"The result has been that the faculty and staff who have been working hard to promote support for an OA mandate on the campus [at the U of British Columbia] have been given some ammunition: with more than 40,000 students on our campus, we’re hard to ignore.
